Overview
Spiral Graphics Exchange Policy is valid for 30 days following date of purchase and delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Apparel is not eligible for refunds.
We are happy to exchange incorrect sizes or colors of like goods.
Damaged goods will be replaced with a matching product.
To complete your exchange, we require the order number and the return of the damaged or incorrect item.
Please do not return your purchase to Apex Fencing Academy. Damaged or incorrect items for exchange must be returned in person to Spiral Graphics 1012 Investment Blvd. Ste 102 Apex, NC 27502.
Exchanges
Spiral Graphics only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at {mail@spiralgraphics.com} and return your item to: {Spiral Graphics 1012 Investment Blvd. Ste 102 Apex, NC 27502.}.
Shipping returns
To exchange your product, you should contact us at {mail@spiralgraphics.com}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
